 | R. Kyle FreshPartner & President Kyle grew up in Cincinnati, OH and maintains the Midwest work ethic and family values that Buckeyes are known to possess. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in economics. While at BU, Kyle was an All American soccer player, member of ROTC and a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. Upon graduation he entered active duty in the US Army and was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, holding several leadership positions and being selected for promotion to Captain. After leaving active duty, Mr. Fresh joined GATX Logistics where he met one of his future business partners, David Misiuta. They formed KDF Management in 2002 before selling it to WJW Associates, LTD, owned by Griff Williams and Al Morgan at the time. Kyle and Dave took full ownership of WJW in 2010 with the addition of Dianne Engelhardt to the ownership group. The trio bought the remaining shares held by Mr. Williams and Mr. Morgan. Mr. Fresh is active in his community. He is a foster parent, serves on the board of Waste Not Want Not, a food rescue organization in Jacksonville serving 13 counties in Northeast Florida and attend Eleven22 Church. Kyle and his wife support multiple charities that have an emphasis on helping women and children.  | David Misiuta, In Memoriam3/23/1964 – 6/9/2015 David Misiuta was a founding member of KDF Management with Kyle Fresh. KDF would eventually become part of WJW Associates, LTD as part of a structured transition for Dave and Kyle to take ownership of the company along with Dianne Engelhardt. David was a passionate leader that cared deeply about WJW and his family. His leadership fashioned the safety first culture WJW maintains today. David was passionate about business and his family. His original partnership with Kyle in KDF Management was the result of a trust, friendship, shared values and general love of life the two shared for over a decade working together. The qualities that made him successful and willing to form a new company were also the same ones that led the growth of WJW over the last 10 years. David’s influence will continue to be felt by the WJW family and the company will always be a better place as a result. |
 | Dianne EngelhardtPartner & Vice-President HR Dianne M. Engelhardt, Partner & VP of HR and Business Administration-Dianne grew up in a village east of Syracuse known as Minoa, NY and is the youngest of 6 children. She graduated with Presidential honors from Central City Business Institute with a degree in management and accounting. Dianne previously worked for a large photo finishing company in the Syracuse area in the accounting department. She started with WJW in 1999 keeping track of driver logs and trip sheets, and in the next few years, Dianne took interest in the accounting department and soon became office manager. In 2010 Dianne became a partner of WJW with Mr. Fresh and Mr. Misiuta. She is a member of the American Association of Notaries and SHRM. Dianne enjoys spending time with her husband at their home in Florida but still resides in New York. |
 | David DeBooverVice-President Operations David grew up in Geneva, NY on a family dairy farm in between the Finger Lakes, about an hour west of Syracuse, where they worked over 1400 acres. He graduated Alfred State College in 2003 earning a degree in Agricultural Animal Science, and returned back to the family farm to use his education to improve profitability and upgrade technology. In 2009 he began his career with WJW starting out in the warehouse managing the warehouse, maintaining the fleet of trucks and trailers, and performing inventory control. Over the next 13 years David continued to grow with WJW through a series of promotions including Dispatcher, Director of Business Development, and Terminal Manager of the entire upstate New York terminal. In 2022 David was promoted to VP of Operations with aspirations of growing WJW into new geographical markets. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and their dog Rex, traveling to remote locations, taking in the outdoors, and sampling coffee from all over the world. |
 | John WoeppelRetired John is a New York native and graduate of the State University of NY Oswego. He began his career in 1977 as a management trainee with Roadway Express in Syracuse, NY. Throughout his 13+ year career with Roadway he held operation positions in Buffalo, NY, sales positions in Syracuse, NY and Canton, OH and the responsibilities of terminal manager in Alliance, OH and Utica, NY. In 1989 he and a partner founded Aqua Java, a water and coffee distributor. In 1997 John entered into a joint venture with John Wheeler, another Syracuse entrepreneur, and purchased land blessed with three natural springs. Aqua Java thus became Aqua Valley Springs. With a newly constructed bottling plant, Aqua Valley Springs became one of the largest suppliers of natural spring water in the state of New York. In 2008 John sold his shares of Aqua Valley Springs and joined WJW Associates. His initial role in Business Development led him to become the Syracuse Terminal manager in 2010. In 2013 his role expanded and he became the Northeast Regional Manager. His successes in this role led to his promotion to Vice President of Operations in 2015. John's experience and leadership contributed significantly to the success of WJW the past 15 years. John will be missed, but we know he will not be a stranger as finds new adventures moving to St Augustine, Florida living the beach life and enjoying time with his children and grand children. |
